Einstein Bros Bagels is expanding again, this time setting its sights on Tomball. According to recently filed permits, the chain will be moving into a 2,100-square-foot space at 14090 Farm to Market 2920, Suite A.

The menu also features egg sandwiches, coffee, cold brews, and lunch options like melts and deli-style wraps. With a focus on quick service and made-to-order meals, the brand caters to both grab-and-go customers and those looking to sit down for a casual bite. Founded in 1995, it now operates hundreds of locations across the U.S., often near business hubs, college campuses, and high-traffic retail centers.
The scope of work, as outlined in the permit, includes a full tenant finish-out of the existing lease space, with an estimated construction cost of $350,000. It is expected to remain consistent with its menu and service offerings that have garnered it the fans and following the brand has today.
Construction is currently expected to begin in July 2025 and wrap by January 2026.
