Kilwins will soon add a Cypress location by way of Franchise Owners Arielle and Eric Owens. It will be located at The Boardwalk at Towne Lake, 9945 Barker Cypress Rd, Cypress, TX 77433.
You’ll find “the highest quality Chocolates, Original Recipe Ice Creams and other confections” at your nearest Kilwins location, and Cypress will be no different. “It was a perfect fit for our family and perfect fit with the company and culture of Kilwins,” Arielle said when asked about why the couple chose to franchise.
Kilwins was not only founded on providing delicious products, but also giving the customer a “sensory experience.” Customers visiting the stores can see the products being made while having the option to taste items in the store before making a purchase all the while being assisted by a fun and friendly staff.
Eric is currently an 8th grade Social Studies teacher while Arielle is a Global Category Lead with Amazon web services. Once the store is opened, Eric will run the day-to-day and Arielle will be over social media, special events, and the strategies for the store. The two have previously owned their own businesses, but this will be their first franchise.
This Cypress location will be 1260 square feet where the Owens’ plan to “bring their own flare and upbeat to the environment so that people of all ages can come in and enjoy the store.” Estimated cost for the general construction is $235,000 with an expected opening in late Summer 2023.
