Exilio Latin Flair is one of the newest concepts from the Bari Hospitality group, and it’s set to debut in Montrose this year. According to the Houston Business Journal, Exilio Latin Flair is expected to open at 2817 W. Dallas St.

The new Bari eatery is set to replace Verde Garden at the Harlow District Development. Verde Garden recently closed Jan. 17, not long after the announcement was made about Exilio Latin Flair coming to the dining-focused development in northern Montrose.

As the name would suggest, the concept will serve dishes inspired by countries, cultures, and ingredients of Central America, the Caribbean, South America, Mexico, and Spain. The Latin cuisine is expected to feature items like Peruvian ceviche, Argentinian-style grilled meats, and more.

Exilio Latin Flair doesn’t yet have a website or social media, but it’s been reported that the new Bari Hospitality restaurant will open soon. While there aren’t many more details available about Exilio Latin Flair, when the new dining option does open, you can expect daily lunch, dinner, cocktails, and weekend brunch services.

Bari Hospitality is ramping up the new concept, hot off another announcement. The group is planning to open a second location of Bari Ristorante this spring.

What Now Houston spoke with Bari Hospitality group co-owner Pedro Teyuca about that opening. Teyuca is joined by Tommy Nally and Renato De Pirro in their efforts to continue to grow Bari Hospiality and as you can see, they continue to make headway.

Exilio Latin Flair will debut in Montrose at the Harlow District Development at 2817 W. Dallas St in early 2026.
