Fajita Pete’s, the Texas-based restaurant chain known for its delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine, is set to expand to 6840 FM 1960, Humble, TX 77346, Franchise Co-Owners Andrea Quintanilla confirmed.
Just having signed the lease and finalizing some details, Andrea expressed excitement about the expansion with her husband, Robert Quintanilla. They already own another location of the brand and have bought the northeast territory for developing it further. This new location is a part of their plan to continue franchising more Fajita Pete’s establishments across the region.
The husband-and-wife team were both in the oil and gas industry prior to embracing the franchising world. Andrea, a geologist, and Robert, an attorney, had originally considered the franchise as an investment. However, after falling victim to major layoffs, they decided to fully invest in their new entrepreneurial path.
“It was a shock, but we are excited for the change and just having fun with it. We like Fajita Pete’s because they have strong corporate support for their franchises. And we just really love the food,” said Andrea, reflecting on their journey.
