Fielding’s Culinary Group is set to launch their third dining concept at the upscale NOVEL River Oaks Development, located at 2511 Willowick Rd., confirmed by Co-Founder & CEO Cary Attar.
The Group is “feverishly” working to conceive the perfect design and name for this new addition. The menu will blend global influences with the well-established Fielding’s Local dish offerings. This new venture promises a harmonious blend of international cuisine, all skillfully prepared in-house.
This fresh endeavor finds its home in one of the most prestigious communities in the country. Attar asserts that the ambience and experience will be custom tailored to match the exclusivity of the location. The vision is to provide an upscale, yet relaxed atmosphere that encapsulates an intriguing mix of comfort and edge.
In tune with this unique spirit, the design boasts three indoor and two outdoor scenes, focusing predominantly on intimate booth-style seating, encouraging quiet, engaging conversations and meaningful connections. Carefully curated to limit noise, the aim is to cultivate an atmosphere that is as impressive as it is welcoming.
The launch of this high-concept dining experience is planned for Fall 2024. As a ground-up project, Fielding’s Culinary Group is ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted for a truly unique and immersive experience.
