Hey-Froyo to Open at the Riverpark Shopping Center Next Spring

New frozen yogurt shop, Hey-Froyo, will debut in Sugar Land in March 2026.

Hey-Froyo is ready to pour more sweetness in the Greater Houston area with its debut frozen yogurt shop set to open in Sugar Land at the Riverpark Shopping Center next Spring. According to a recently filed state permit, Hey-Froyo is expected to open at 19800 Southwest Fwy.

What Now Houston spoke to Hey-Froyo owner, Heebum Choi, about the new frozen yogurt option set to hit the Greater Houston region next year. The permit details that construction on Hey-Froyo is expected to start at the top of 2026 and is slated to wrap up by the tail end of February 2026. Choi confirmed with What Now Houston that he intends to open the new cool sweets shop by March 2026.

“My plan is to increase within five years, Choi said of the new brand coming to the Greater Houston area. 

The debut of Hey-Froyo is still very much in the preliminary stages. Choi shared that he’s still working on a website for the new frozen yogurt eatery.

While details about the offerings to come from Hey-Froyo are still being etched out, the new location will surely serve a variety of frozen yogurt options and treats for customers to choose from and purchase.

The new Hey-Froyo that’ll sit on Southwest Fwy. will stand at a whopping at a 1,283 square feet. Choi shared that while it’s not a new concept, Hey-Froyo will serve the community the best it has to offer.
