A permit filed with the city confirms that a franchised Einstein Bros Bagels will be going in at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, 3500 N Terminal Rd.

Your “neighborhood bagel shop” will soon be available in one of IAH’s terminals providing its freshly baked bagels, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and coffee. The brand is big on providing catering services as well. Einstein Bros is part of Panera Brands, which also includes Panera Bread and Caribou Coffee under its umbrella.

This new franchise will be a 400-square-foot kiosk owned by Mario Cediel, President & CEO at Cediel Concession Management, LLC. What Now Houston recently reported on his Jamba Juice that will be going in at the same airport as well. Cediel also has franchises of Freshens, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, and My Sweets, according to the website.

Expected renovation start date for Einstein Bros Bagels is September 2023 with a finish date in December 2023 costing approximately $500,000 to complete.
