Insomnia Cookies is heating up for a sweet opening in College Park Plaza. According to a permit, the international cookie chain is set to open the new sweet treat eatery at 3091 College Park Dr., Suite 123.

The permit also details that construction on the College Park Plaza Insomnia Cookies started before the holidays and is expected to wrap up in early 2026. So, Houstonian late-night cookie munchers can rejoice in knowing that they should be able to get their fill sooner rather than later.

Customers can choose from Insomnia Cookies in a pack, as an ice cream sandwich, or individually, with a variety of options to select from. Guests can purchase everything from the classics like snickerdoodle and chocolate chip to deluxe cookies that are more on the experimental side, like the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Deluxe or the S’mores Deluxe, a plethora of options to tickle any cookie lover’s fancy. Besides cookies, Insomnia Cookies also serves brownies and cookie cakes; they even cater and offer vegan cookies.

While the cookie brand is known for its all-night up-late sweet offerings, customers don’t have to leave their homes to get these milk-dunking snacks—Insomnia Cookies partners with multiple delivery outposts to pump their treats out to their Insomnia Cookies lovers.

This is not the first cookie shop from the national brand to come to the Greater Houston area; the international brand is smudging its mark all over the country with more than 300 Insomnia Cookies locations worldwide.

If all goes well with construction and permitting, you can expect to see, and quite possibly smell, the new Insomnia Cookies at 3091 College Park Dr., Suite 123, when it opens in College Park Plaza this winter.
