A new Jack in the Box is on its way to Huntsville with plans for a fresh new build at 1071 IH 45 South. The project, confirmed by Mark Holmes, Managing Director at A3H Foods General Partner, LLC, signals continued momentum for the group that recently earned back-to-back Franchisee of the Year honors in 2024 and 2025.
“We own a lot,” Holmes said plainly, referencing the company’s growing portfolio of Jack in the Box locations. “We are looking forward to being a part of the community in Huntsville.”
According to public records, the upcoming restaurant will sit at 2,440 square feet, with the scope covering new construction, full concrete paving, and all necessary underground utility work. The build is estimated to cost $950,000, positioning it in line with current construction averages for similarly scaled fast food developments in the region.
A3H has focused exclusively on Jack in the Box as its core brand, fueling steady growth and earning franchise recognition at the national level. This latest site marks another step in the group’s long-term strategy to bring the popular burger chain to high-traffic areas across Texas.
Construction is expected to begin in November 2025 with completion currently permitted for February 2026.
