Soju Blues will be located at 9938 Bellaire Blvd and owned by Yunchau Samuel Bae.

Bae was unavailable for comment as of Thursday, but per the permit on file, What Now Houston can inform you that it will be one of Houston’s next KTV clubs. KTV is a term for a karaoke establishment derived from Asia, and Soju Blues looks to become a go-to destination for karaoke enthusiasts and partygoers alike. Most typically there is an impressive song selection spanning various genres and languages, so future guests should expect a diverse range of musical options to showcase their singing skills.

It is also speculated that it won’t stop at karaoke. KTV’s are known for offering a nice drink selection from a full bar to compliment the entire experience.

The 3670-square-foot space requires a full remodel, which is estimated to cost $250,000 with an expected completion date of April 2024.
