“Our goal is to create that sense of consistency, high-quality nourishment for the neighborhood, and we really want Leemoo to be a part of people’s everyday lives,” Sarah Amami of Leemoo Health Bar said.

Leemoo Health Bar is on a mission to provide Houstonites with a space to create and sustain healthy living. The growing Houston-born brand is embarking on opening its third location in late 2026. According to a press release from Radom Capital, Leemoo Health Bar was announced as one of two tenants to open at The Swift BLDG before the end of the year.

“It was a no-brainer,” Leemoo Health Bar owner, Daewood Bhayat, said in an interview with What Now Houston

“The first place was Montrose Collective, which is owned by Radom also, and they kind of sold the vision and believed in me. We’re one of the smaller brands there cause it’s a lot of national big brands. So them taking a chance on us was really appreciative.”

Founded as a popular “aesthetic” spot in the Montrose Collective (908 Westheimer) in May of last year, Leemoo is a premier, health bar and wellness brand founded by siblings, specializing in additive-free smoothies, açaí bowls, and cold-pressed juices.

Bhayat confirmed that the new health bar would open at 621 Waverly Street, Suite 108.

The Swift location marks the next step in Leemoo’s continued growth across Houston, bringing a
refined, wellness-driven experience to The Heights.

“It’s really our goal to continue building on what we have started, and expanding to Swift is the next step for us to really be able to create a lifestyle centered around feeling your best,” Sarah Amami Leemoo Health Bar said in an interview with What Now Houston

“Our mission really is to be able to share what we’re doing with more people, and part of that is growing naturally. So, it’s really listening to what the community wants, and our customers will really lead us in the right direction. They tell us in their feedback, and that’s kind of how we ended up at Swift.”

With this new addition to the Swift Building, the goal is to continue to build on what the Leemoo Health brand has already started, and the family-friendly environment in The Heights is the perfect venue to achieve that goal.

“This new location is exciting, it’s giving really an opportunity to create really a hub where people are able to gather, and that’s the premise of our health bar concept: creating a space where people can really, really gather,” Amami said.

“For us, that includes having a menu that’s not only nurturing, but it’s also refreshing, and it’s exciting. So, that includes the flavors, the way we source the ingredients, the consistency, and how the product tastes.”

Known for its all-natural ingredients, Leemoo Health Bar rocks to the tune of the adage: keep it simple. The brand is described as offering regenerative foods, fresh and made to order, catering to dietary restrictions, allergies, and more.

From the pesto to the sourdough, everything is made in-house at Leemoo Health Bar, and you won’t find any sugar additives, syrups, or seed oils in any of the Leemoo Health Bar products.

“Our menu focuses strongly on house-made ingredients,” Amami said.

“So we do everything in-house. We have a team that sources the fruit, they allow the fruits to ripen and those same fruits that are ripened and used within our recipes, like our smoothies, and having the ability to use fresh fruits and having the ability to let them ripen is really what gives that extra flavor and it helps us maximize flavor but also we don’t have to use the extra added sugars or syrups.”

Try Leemoo Health Bar out for yourself when the brand opens in The Swift Building at 621 Waverly Street, Suite 108, in late 2026.
