Michael and Ashley Cordray, the husband-and-wife team behind Local Dogs, are expanding their culinary vision to a new location at 1325 39th St in Galveston, TX. According to city permits, the Cordrays are investing $125,000 in the renovation and alteration of an existing 3,500-square-foot structure. The work includes transforming the space into a fully equipped food service establishment.

Construction is expected to begin sometime in December 2024, with completion slated for May 2025.
