Raising Cane’s keeps the menu simple, but the flavor is anything but. The chicken finger-focused restaurant is expected to open in new construction in New Caney, according to a state project filing. The newest Raising Cane’s would be located at 109 Eagles Run Dr., New Caney, TX 77357.

The report states the restaurant will be nearly 3,200 square feet and will include a drive-thru. It could open sometime in spring of 2023.

The chain is well-known for its limited menu of chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and Cane’s Sauce. You can also try the chicken fingers on a sandwich with a cup of fresh lemonade or sweet tea.

Raising Cane’s “commitment to this concept will not allow us to compromise our quality, cut corners or clutter our menu with new products that do not fit our core menu offering,” according to the brand’s website.

Founder Todd Graves opened the first Raising Cane’s restaurant in Louisiana in 1996. Raising Cane’s has dozens of locations across Texas and continues expand across the Lone Star State.
