L3 Craft Coffee will be getting a location at 28830 Farm to Market 1093 #110, Fulshear, TX 77441 from Owner Thomas Lau, according to a permit on file.
L3’s signature offerings include a variety of coffee and tea selections, innovative espresso-based drinks, and a selection of wholesome food items.
Since its inception, the coffee shop has been committed to its ‘Love, Learn, Lead’ mantra. Love for coffee, Learn about coffee and Lead in coffee quality and service. It strives to become a hub where coffee lovers can learn about the intricacies of their favorite beverage, while relishing the highest quality coffee.
In line with their passion for education, the Fulshear outlet is expected to host regular ‘Coffee 101’ classes for the public, allowing participants to deepen their understanding of coffee. From its history, origins, and types, to the art of brewing, L3 Craft Coffee remains dedicated to fostering a community of well-informed coffee enthusiasts.
Lau was unavailable for comment as of Friday.
The permit on file shows the project is estimated at $135,000, and is set to begin in November 2023 and being completed in August 2024.
