A new Pei Wei Asian Kitchen is coming soon to Katy. What Now Houston has learned of the opening through official documents.
The restaurant will be located at 6825 S Fry Road, Suite 900 in the Meadows Marketplace Shopping Complex. An opening date has not been announced yet. Pei Wei currently has multiple locations across the Greater Houston Area.
Pei Wei is known for its Asian cuisine. According to its website, the chain likes to “place an emphasis on preparing our handcrafted dishes with fresh, house-chopped veggies and whole cuts of white-meat chicken and grass-fed flank steak.”
They serve classic Asian fare from Orange Chicken and Mongolian Steak to specialty concepts like Thai Basil Cashew Chicken and Fire Cracker Tofu. Pei Wei Asian Kitchen opened its first location in Scottsdale AZ in 2000. They now have locations all across the United States.
