P. Terry’s Burger Stand is ramping up for its next Houston opening, and this time, the addition to the brand comes to Baybrook. According to a recently filed state permit, P. Terry’s is expected to open at 18611 Eastfield Dr.

Construction on the new location is slated to start in February and wrap up before the end of August 2026, which means Houston residents and visitors will have their feel of the new P. Terry’s Burger Stand by Summer 2026. The construction project on the 4,056 square-foot new P. Terry’s Burger Stand to come to Baybrook is estimated to cost a whopping $900,000 to complete. That’s a whole lot of burgers. Thankfully, that’s what P. Terry’s is known for.

The first P. Terry’s in the Houston area opened in October of 2024. The fast-growing burger chain opened its first P. Terry’s on July 5th, 2005, at the corner of South Lamar and Barton Springs in Austin, Texas, according to its website. Coming from the dynamic husband and wife duo, Kathy and Patrick Terry, P. Terry’s Burger Stands is inspired by classic burger stands of the ‘50s and ‘60s.

Now celebrating its 25th anniversary, the Terry’s and their burger stand continue to provide that genuine small-town hospitality and serve up iconic hand-spun shakes, 100% black angus beef burgers, fresh hand-cut fries, and homemade baked goods.

Check out the new P. Terry’s Burger Stand in all of its glory when the newest eatery of the P. Terry’s family food chain hits the Baybrook East shopping center at 18611 Eastfield Dr. in Summer 2026.
