Pep’s Backyard, Entertainment Eatery, to Debut in Sugar Land

Pep’s Backyard is set to bring an exciting new entertainment venue for both adults and children in and visiting the Greater Houston area. According to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation permit, Pep’s Backyard is expected to open in the Imperial District at 13111 Highway 6 S.

Construction on the entertainment eatery is already underway. The project started in October of last year and is anticipated to wrap up by July of this year. If all goes well, interested parties can enjoy Pep’s Backyard by this summer.

“Sugar Land, get ready… Pep’s Backyard is coming soon!!! a #family friendly #petfriendly spot with #livemusic 26ft screen 20+ TVs, kid zones, dog park 21+ #rooftop , 30 taps, frozen drinks & #cocktails,” an Instagram post from the Pep’s Backyard page reads.

There’s not a whole lot of details on the brand’s website, but the eatery is listed as “coming soon” on the Pep’s Backyard site.

The owner of the new eatery set to come to Sugarland this summer is Cory HidalgoWhat Now Houston briefly spoke with Hidalgo about the upcoming opening, but he was unable to share further details before the publication of this article.

While it is still unknown what exactly will be on Pep’s Backyard menu, the owner has been dropping hints on the brand’s social media pages. Folks have asked about whether or not liquor will be served. The answer is yes! The venue is kid-friendly and expected to feature national acts and likely local bands.

As to what you’ll be able to eat. Well, keep your eyes peeled and ears perked on what the brand posts on its social media pages. We’re sure updates will be shared there.
