The full-service venue featured golf and multi-sport simulators, pool tables, shuffleboard, and social events. Visitors relished burgers, tacos, wings, and loaded nachos, and watched games on large screens.
The Loft18 team, in an official statement on social media, cited escalating crime and rising operational costs as important factors behind the decision. Perry’s Steakhouse and Grille

Perry’s Steakhouse and Grille is a national chain of luxury steakhouses. It is known for offering quality steaks, seafood, and chops, along with a fine dining experience. The River Oaks location at 1997 W. Gray Street closed on January 24.
Signature dishes like Perry’s Famous Pork Chop helped the restaurant build a loyal following over 7 years. The restaurant said in a statement that it was forced to close due to a contractual dispute with the landlord.
