Vietnamese cuisine has been gaining popularity worldwide for its rich and vibrant flavors. Pho, the traditional Vietnamese soup known for its aromatic broth and hearty ingredients, will undoubtedly take center stage. Diners can expect a variety of options, from classic beef and chicken pho to vegetarian and vegan alternatives, catering to diverse tastes and dietary preferences, all provided that the restaurant takes a typical route with their menu.

Not only will Alvin locals have the opportunity to enjoy delicious Vietnamese cuisine, but the arrival of this new establishment will also contribute to the area’s economic growth and diversification. Furthermore, the Trans’ investment in renovating the space demonstrates their commitment to providing an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for their patrons.

Plans for Pho House are gradually taking shape. The 2400-square-foot space is set to undergo a remodeling process scheduled to commence in July 2023 and conclude in February 2024. The estimated cost of this transformation is around $85,000.

The Trans were unavailable for comment as of Tuesday.
