Pho Prime, a fast-casual concept offering traditional Vietnamese cuisine, is set to expand its presence in the Houston area with two new locations. Co-Owners Kiet Duong and Julie Nguyen have announced openings at 9240 Broadway St #115 in Pearland and 5353 W Alabama St in the Galleria area.
“These new locations are both Braun Enterprise properties, whom we work really well with,” Duong shared. “We’re looking to scale this brand around Houston and surrounding areas.” This move underscores the duo’s commitment to making Vietnamese cuisine more accessible and convenient for Houstonians.
Pho Prime has built its reputation around a diverse menu featuring traditional favorites such as Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Vermicelli, Beef Stew, and Banh Mi, among others. “Our signature item is Pho,” Duong emphasized, noting the rich variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes available.
In addition to their culinary offerings, the new locations will introduce a QR Pay n’ Go model. “If you don’t want to wait and order at the counter, you can just sit down, order, and pay, then be on your way for convenience,” Duong explained. This tech-forward feature aims to enhance the dining experience, catering to customers seeking both quality and efficiency.
With the openings aimed for February 2025, Pho Prime’s expansion signals a promising future for the brand, as it continues to grow its footprint in Houston’s vibrant culinary scene.
