PINCHO Burgers + Kebabs, the concept born in Miami, began serving the Katy community on Friday, June 7, at 2710 W. Grand Parkway N., Suite 100, and hosted a grand opening celebration.

PINCHO’s Katy gave back to a beloved local organization, Sunshine Thru The Rain. 100% of the net profits from grand opening day, June 7, were donated to Sunshine Thru the Rain, which helps kids who have lost one or both of their parents through counseling, group meetings and outings.

“We can’t wait to open our latest PINCHO location and share our award-winning Latin inspired burgers and kebabs with more of the Houston area,” said Otto Othman, PINCHO co-founder in a statement. “Texas has been a great experience for us to begin our expansion journey, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going and keep repping Miami. Plus, we’re thrilled to partner with Sunshine Thru The Rain for our grand opening day. Organizations that mentor and support kids have always been incredibly important to me.”

Normal operating hours will be from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Known for its flavorful, scratch-made specialty burgers and kebabs, the South Florida-based concept is introducing Latin-inspired takes on American classics, including the Toston Burger and the Pincho Burger.

The Katy location marks the concept’s fourth Texas location and 14th location system wide.
