Pizza Hut Takes Root At Former Churchs Chicken Location

From chicken to pizza, 7020 Woodridge Dr. will be the newest location of Pizza Hut previously occupied by a Church’s Chicken outlet.

Pizza Hut, a division of Yum! Brands, is widely acclaimed for its innovative approaches to serving up signature pizzas, pasta, wings, and more. With a history dating back to 1958 and an impressive global footprint of over 18,000 restaurants in 100 countries, Pizza Hut has earned a reputation as an innovator in the food industry. They’ve consistently excelled in providing a blend of exceptional food quality, affordability, and customer-oriented service, much to the delight of pizza aficionados worldwide.

Emerge! Inc. continues its franchise expansion as the Owner of this new location. They currently franchise four brands to include Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Sonic, and Kentucky Fried Chicken. You’ll find each in Texas owned by Emerge! as well as some in New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, and Louisiana.

No one from Emerge! was available for comment as of the time of this publishing.

The permit on file shows the renovation project beginning in August 2023 and finishing in September 2023 at an estimated cost of $450,000 for the 2164-square-foot space.
