High Tower Cafe has more than 50 locations in Texas, and by the end of the year, you can expect to see at least one more. According to a recently submitted license permit, this new High Tower Cafe will open its doors at 9800 Richmond Dr., Suite 105.

The owner of the franchise chain, Masad Baba, tells What Now Houston that construction on the new eatery has not yet started. Licensing information slated the construction to start in early September and wrap up on November 5. However, Baba shares that while he’s unsure when exactly he will open, he plans to open the new High Tower cafe location by the end of the year.

“If all goes well with construction,” Baba said.

With more than 50 locations throughout Texas, Baba has his hands quite full. He doesn’t operate any of the locations but oversees the building of them. Baba says he’s currently unsure if corporate or a franchisee will run the new Pizza Ranch at 9800 Richmond Dr.

“There are a lot of factors to take into consideration,” Baba said.

In the meantime, the focus is on getting construction going and the doors open. You can expect the same menu at the new location. Their website describes the eateries as a bright, welcoming, and family-friendly environment with nourishing gourmet delicatessen specialties on the menu. Those items include a variety of salads, soups, and bowls. High Tower Cafe also offers an extensive breakfast menu. Healthy smoothie and juice options are also on the menu.

While it’s too early to say when exactly the new High Tower Cafe in Houston will open, by the end of 2025, Baba intends to have the 9800 Richmond Drive High Tower Cafe up and running.
