Pluckers Wing Bar, a fan-favorite for its flavorful wings and lively atmosphere, is gearing up for a major expansion in Conroe, from Co-Owners Sean and Mark Greenberg. According to a permit on file, the new location will be at 151 David Vetter Blvd and is projected to be a $3,000,000 construction project. The expansive build will cover 9,049 square feet, providing ample space for a fully equipped restaurant, bar, kitchen, restrooms, and both interior and exterior dining areas.
The Conroe location promises to bring the same energy and community spirit that Pluckers Wing Bar is known for across Texas, offering locals and visitors alike a new go-to spot for dining and socializing.
The scope of work includes a comprehensive build-out, designed to accommodate large crowds and ensure a seamless dining experience, both indoors and outdoors. With this new addition, Pluckers continues to solidify its place as a staple in the Texas dining scene, catering to its loyal following while drawing in new customers from the growing Conroe area.
Construction is scheduled to begin on December 2024, with a targeted completion date of October 2025.
