Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is preparing to expand its reach in Spring, with a new quick service restaurant planned for 18003 Farm to Market 2920. The project comes from CSM Group, which has filed permits for the development.

According to documents, the new build will cover 2,540 square feet and carry an estimated construction cost of $1,000,000. The plans call for ground-up construction, adding another spot for Popeyes fans to enjoy the brand’s fried chicken, seafood, and southern-inspired sides.

The new location will strengthen the chain’s presence in the area and cater to both longtime locals and travelers passing through one of Spring’s busiest corridors. With its focus on quick service, Popeyes continues to compete with other major QSR brands expanding in the Houston suburbs.

Construction on the FM 2920 site is scheduled to begin in January 2026, with completion anticipated for August 2026.
