He emphasized the company’s commitment to enhancing the community’s dining options by introducing this popular fast-food chain in its most up-to-date form. The strategic repositioning of the Popeyes outlet at the opposite end of the retail center is a thoughtful move, allowing for a longer drive-thru lane, catering to the increasing demand for convenient and quick service.
The project, valued at an estimated $450,000, involves comprehensive renovation and alteration work. The scope of the project includes transforming a 2,823 square foot space into a state-of-the-art quick-service restaurant, tailored to meet the fast-paced needs of the Willis community.
