Pure Green is bringing its fresh-pressed juices and smoothies to Dallas Street early next year. According to a recent state filing, the new Pure Green is set to open at 3515 W Dallas St, Suite 150.

What Now Houston spoke to the franchisee couple behind the opening, Damon and Tahira Mitchells, who confirmed that construction on the new Pure Green is slated for January, with a Spring opening in either March or April 2026.

“I know we’re bringing probably the best smoothie in town. Everything is pure, no ice, no fillers, and just a good product and great service,” Damon said.

This is the first Pure Green opening for Mitchells, who already displayed a love for the brand with plans to open more locations in the near future.

“We were drawn to Pure Green because of its strong presence in the NFL and its role in supporting recovery and performance,” Damon said.

“Our immediate focus is on opening and establishing our River Oaks location at a high level. Houston is a strong long-term market for the brand, and we’re open to additional locations in the future with a thoughtful, quality-first approach.”

Pure Green already has a small presence in Houston, but the Mitchells are hoping to change that. The plan is to get the Dallas Street location up and moving with hopes to open two more Pure Green locations, one in the airport and the other in College Station.

There are currently Pure Green locations sprinkled throughout Texas in The Woodlands, West University, Midland, Waters Creek, Coppell, and Plano, with plans to open in areas like McKinney, Frisco, and the Mitchells’ opening of River Oaks.

The wellness brand was founded by Ross Frankin in New York City in 2014. Since then, the brand has quickly grown to more than 70 Pure Green locations throughout the country with a target goal of 100 locations open by early 2026.

Pure Green has gained traction from its focus on healthy fast-casual food like juices, smoothies, and acai bowls, franchising with wholesale operation by emphasizing nutrient-rich, science-backed nutrition.

“The brand focuses on clean, nutrient-dense ingredients that aid the body’s natural recovery process, making it a true wellness and recovery concept rooted in health, nutrition, and performance,” Damon said.

For Damon, it’s the pressed juices that he enjoys. But, overall, he shared that Pure Green’s offerings are unmatched in comparison to big smoothie brands like Tropical Smoothie Cafe or Smoothie King.

“Those have a lot of sugar,” he said.

“The flavor profile for Pure Green is no sugar added, so whatever sweetness that’s coming from the fruit or vegetable is the sweetness that you’ll get in the smoothie. It doesn’t give you that big sugar rush right away, but as you continue to drink, it’s like ‘Man, this is amazing.'”

You can check out the freshness for yourself when the new Pure Green opens in River Oaks at 3515 W Dallas St, Suite 150, in Spring 2026.

“We’re excited to join the River Oaks community and offer a wellness-forward space that supports active lifestyles, from athletes to everyday professionals. Our goal is to provide products that help people refuel, recover, and feel their best,” the Mitchells told What Now Houston.
