Raising Cane’s is gearing up for a remodel at one of its well-known Houston locations, with plans to refresh the store at 9530 S Main St, just a short drive from NRG Stadium. According to recently filed permits, the project is slated to include both exterior and interior updates while keeping the layout and core footprint largely the same.
The scope of the renovation includes new architectural touches to the building’s towers, a full repaint of the existing EIFS exterior surface, and upgrades to awnings and canopies. Inside, the customer dining areas are getting a facelift with updated finishes, lighting, and refreshed decor. Restrooms will also see improved lighting and plumbing fixtures, keeping things clean and functional for guests.
This renovation is listed as a $700,000 investment, with the goal of maintaining the Raising Cane’s inviting and recognizable aesthetic while bringing the space up to date. The remodel covers about 1,346 square feet, focused on enhancing the customer experience rather than expanding the location itself.
Work is expected to begin in August 2025 with a targeted completion by September 2025.
