Ramen Tatsu-Ya to Open Third Houston Location Next Year

Ramen Tatsu-Ya is on its way to making a lasting impact in Houston. The Westbury neighborhood opening comes after the announcement of the second Ramen Tatsu-Ya in Houston, which is expected to open this winter.

Ramen Tatsu-Ya is set to open its third location in Houston next year. According to this permit, recently filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Ramen Tatsu-Ya will open its next Houston location at 4672 Beechnut St. in fall 2026.

The permit shows that construction is expected to start in February and wrap up by the end of October 2026. What Now Houston reached out to Kim Turner of the Ramen Tatsu-Ya restaurant group, who shared that the group was not ready to divulge the official opening date.

Ramen Tatsu-Ya recently announced the opening of its second Houston location, which is expected to open in the winter this year at 600 W. Sam Houston Pkwy N. With this new Houston opening in the Westbury neighborhood, there will be ten Ramen Tatsu-Yas throughout the state.

The 2,625 square foot remodel will cost about 1,5000,000 and will sit in the Westbury neighborhood.

You can expect the same menu at this new Houston location that is served at all of the Ramen Tatsu-Yas currently operating in Texas. The eatery dishes out a variety of ramen with a plethora of sauces and toppings to add. The Ramen spot also has a mix of awesome appetizers, including gyoza and munchie Katsu sliders.

While the official opening date for the third installment of Ramen Tatsu-Ya in Houston has yet to be revealed, if all goes well, you can expect the new Ramen joint at 4672 Beechnut St. to open before the end of 2026.
