Ronin Art House, renowned for their unique collaborative spaces for the artistic community, is set to embark on an exciting new venture. Plans have been laid to transform a multifamily unit at 1310 Nance St #C into a coffee shop, according to a permit filed with the state. The development underscores the innovative drive of the art house.

Nebyou Bedru, Director of Operations for Ronin Art House, confirmed the news first to What Now Houston. Further details about the concept, however, including the coffee shop’s name, remain under wraps as it is in its beginning stages.

Given Ronin Art House’s well-established reputation for fostering creativity and innovation in their working spaces, the announcement comes as an exciting development. While it is too early to provide a detailed perspective of what to expect, the art house’s track record speaks volumes about their capability to deliver.

Located next door to their current establishment, the coffee shop seems poised to offer patrons a chance to enjoy their caffeine fix in a creatively stimulating environment.

The permit on file shows the renovations beginning in August 2023.
