Salad and Go, the rapidly expanding drive-through salad chain known for its commitment to providing healthy and affordable fast-food options, has filed with the state for its newest outlet to be located at 9410 Fry Rd in Cypress.
The expansion aligns with Salad and Go’s mission to make nutritious meals accessible to all and their commitment to using organic and locally-sourced ingredients. The Cypress location reflects the company’s continued growth across the nation.
Since its founding, Salad and Go has disrupted the traditional fast-food model, offering an array of customizable salads, wraps, and beverages without compromising quality or convenience. With the opening of the Cypress branch, the company’s innovative and eco-friendly approach is anticipated to appeal to local health-conscious consumers.
The Cypress location is expected to feature Salad and Go’s extensive menu, including signature salads, wraps, smoothies, and breakfast options. As with other locations, the new branch will emphasize quick service, utilizing drive-through and online ordering systems.
According to the permit on file, the project is expected to begin in January 2024 with a May 2024 completion with an approximate cost of $300,000 and warranting 865 square feet of space.
