With a legacy of seven years in operation, Boquieren and his co-owner and wife, Kristy Nguyen, have honed their craft to perfection. The MarqE addition reflects the the duo’s commitment to consistently providing high-quality, delicious offerings to its patrons.
Boquiren shared that their three locations will bring a halt to any further openings of Seaside Poke. He and Nguyen are eagerly preparing to start a family of their own outside of their three “babies” all soon to be in operation. This will allow them to focus on the continuation of providing only the best quality food and service to their patrons all the while fulfilling dreams in their personal lives as well.
