Gabe Corchiani and his wife, Karen, first opened Fat Boy’s Pizza in Metairie, Louisiana just a few years ago in 2019. According to the brand’s website, Corchiani wanted to created massive pies and bring them to New Orleans.

Fat Boy’s Pizza currently has six locations across Louisiana, one in Mississippi, and its first Texas spot, which opened this month in Richmond. QSR Magazine reported that the brand plans to expand across the Southeast over the next five years including in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.
