A new restaurant space is officially on the way to The Woodlands. A recently filed commercial permit confirms plans for a full renovation at 207 E Shore Dr #140, located in the heart of the area’s East Shore development. The project is listed as a restaurant buildout totaling 1,498 square feet, with an estimated construction cost of $112,350.
While no official business name or concept has been tied to the address yet, the filing notes that this will be a completely new restaurant space. The permit’s wording is minimal with “Renovation/Alteration” and “new restaurant space,” offering no further clues as to what kind of dining experience may be on the horizon.
Owner Ivette Larralde, reached for comment, shared that there’s nothing to be announced just yet, but more will be released as details become more finalized.
Construction is slated to begin in July 2025, with a projected completion date set for December 2025.
