Simple Simon’s Pizza is set to open its newest location at 12825 TX-36, Needville, TX 77461, led by first-time Franchisee Steven Redmon. Though this marks his debut in both the restaurant and hospitality industries, Redmon’s excitement to dive in full-time was palpable when speaking with What Now Houston.
“I’ve always loved the brand,” Redmon shared. “The calzone is out of this world. In my opinion, it’s what sets Simple Simon’s apart.” That personal connection to the product helped spark his decision to bring the franchise back to Needville. “When I saw the opportunity to bring it back, I jumped on it,” he said.
The upcoming pizzeria isn’t just a one-off opportunity for Redmon. He hopes this is just the beginning, and will focus on this store’s success as he works toward expanding his portfolio with the brand.
Simple Simon’s Pizza in Needville is targeting a June 2025 opening, pending final approvals and buildout progress.
