A pizzeria is in the works for Rosenberg. Simple Simon’s Pizza, which was founded by BJ and Becky Dumond in Oklahoma back in 1987, will be located at 6231 Bryan Rd. in Rosenberg.
The Simple Simon’s menu features a variety of signature pies including Hawaiian, Veggie, and Cheeseburger, plus single topping pizzas. Other options include calizones, The Great Stromboli, wings, sandwiches, breadsticks, and desserts. You can also enjoy a selection of keto-friendly and gluten-free options.
The Simple Simon’s location in Rosenberg will be owned by franchisee, Daegen Fowler, according a recent project filing. Fowler also owns Simple Simon’s Pizza is West Columbia.
The Rosenberg storefront will be take-out only and could open in early spring of 2023. Simple Simon’s has more than 200 locations across multiple states, according to the brand’s website, including about half a dozen in Greater Houston.
