At Market Street in The Woodlands, Sixty Vines will be taking over the former Jasper’s restaurant at 9595 Six Pines Drive this fall. North Houston’s premiere mixed-use shopping and entertainment destination announced earlier this month that Sixty Vines will join its roster of over 70 retailers and restaurants.

Sixty Vines originated in Plano, Texas. Inspired by California wine country, the restaurant offers 100 wine varieties, 60 of which are on tap. Sixty Vines is known for kegging their wines, which is considered sustainable and efficient for the fact that each keg can hold 26 bottles and serves each glass at the proper temperature.

Their food menu is just as stellar as their wine selection, taking cues from wine countries all over the world. The farm-to-table dishes include shareable plates, pizzas, sandwiches, desserts, and more. The space at Market Street will feature a patio in which customers can experience al fresco dining for an authentic wine garden experience.

Sixty Vines is under Front Burner Restaurants, which also operates Whiskey Cake, Haywire, Ida Claire, Mexican Sugar, Legacy Hall and The Ranch. In 2020, FB Restaurants named Jeff Carcara as Sixty Vines’ CEO. Neither Carcara nor FB Restaurants could be reached for comment.
