Swig is adding more convenience to the Houston-area beverage scene with two new corporate-owned drive-thru locations under construction in Cypress and along Tomball Parkway. Known for its customizable “dirty sodas” and sweet treats, the rapidly growing brand is showing no signs of slowing down.

Permits filed indicate both locations are being developed from the ground up, with construction starting in May 2025. The Cypress outpost, located at 9526 Fry Rd, will span 980 square feet and be designed strictly for drive-thru service—meaning no indoor seating or walk-up access. The project is estimated at $196,000 and will include a kitchen, storage area, and bathroom.

Meanwhile, the second location at 22480 Tomball Pkwy follows a similar layout, coming in at 932 square feet with a project cost of $168,000. Like its Fry Road counterpart, the Tomball Parkway Swig will be a standalone structure built for quick service and convenience with a dedicated drive-thru lane.

Both Swig spots are expected to wrap construction by September 2025.
