Tomball’s newest eatery, Sylvia’s Wood Fire Pizza, will soon open its doors at 306 Market St. from Owner Bruce Kissinger. The pizzeria will take up residence next door to Kissinger’s popular Fire Ant Brewpub, bringing a whole new flavour dynamic to the local dining scene.

“Sylvia’s Wood Fire Pizza was inspired by my wife Sylvia, chef Jay Stone and myself to bring a unique Neapolitan style pizza to the Tomball area,” Kissinger told What Now Houston. Stone is set to create the menu with his “unique” style, making the pizzeria stand out among the rest.

This expansion of Kissinger’s culinary empire is a testament to his belief in the local community and his commitment to providing quality dining experiences that are both unique and accessible. The establishment’s location, adjacent to the Brewpub, suggests a clever business strategy. Patrons can effortlessly transition from a robust, artisanal pizza dinner at Sylvia’s to a locally brewed ale next door.

The current opening time frame is set between the end of September 2023 to the middle of October 2023.
