Having recently submitted plans, Flower & Cream owner Kevin Chang hopes to open the third location for the artisan ice cream shop sometime in the summer of 2023. Flower & Cream will be located at 3515 W. Dallas St., Ste. 700 in Houston.
“We feel like there’s a need for it. The two stores are doing pretty well, so we figured we’d expand a little further away,” Chang told What Now Houston. The two current Flower & Cream shops in Houston are located at 2617 W. Holcombe Blvd. and at 401 Franklin St.
All of the Flower & Cream ice cream is made in-house, and they’ve teamed up with a baker to create the brownies, cookies, and cake that is included in the ice cream flavors. “Whatever we can make from scratch, we make in-house,” Chang said. That also includes all of Flower & Cream’s sauces.
A popular Flower & Cream flavor is the Cereal Milk Oreo, which includes milk and cream that has been steeped with cereal. The shop offers other unique favorites such as Nutella Banana, Kahlúa & Cookies, and Biscoff Cookie Butter plus classics such as French Vanilla Bean and Strawberry.
