Tony C’s Beer Garden is bringing its extensive menu of pizza and beer to Houston. According to a recent state filing, the well-known eatery is expected to open doors in Tomball in Harris County, at 25553 State Highway 249.

The estimated $750,000 construction project on the new Tony C’s Beer Garden is expected to start in February of next year and wrap up at the end of August. The 5,685 square-foot Tony C’s will be the sixth one in the state.

Tony C’s Beer Garden is a part of the Tc4 & Co. hospitality group, according to its website. The Austin-born brand is owned and operated by Creed Ford IV and Tony Ciola, who also run four other establishments under the Tc4 & Co. hospitality group, including The League Kitchen & Tavern and Cousin Louie’s Italian Restaurant.

Tony C’s Beer Garden in Houston is expected to dish out the same award-winning, Ciola Family Italian recipes folks have come to know and love from the brand.

Tony C’s Beer Garden offers an extensive list of beers, both on tap and bottled, including the Native Texan, Brewlissimo, and El Berto.

But, the bedrock of the establishment may very well be the specialty pizzas, which include a multitude of offerings, from everything to the classics like Margherita and Carnivore to selections you’d likely only find at Tony C’s like the Truffle Shuffle, which combines fresh Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Fontina, Parmesan, Mushrooms, and Truffle Oil.

Besides pizza and beer, customers can also enjoy babminos, lasagna, sandwiches, salads, wings, and a host of appetizers.

Houstonians can try it all for themselves when the new Tony C’s Beer Garden opens at 25553 State Highway 249 at the end of August 2026.
