A brand-new Tropical Smoothie Café will soon be serving fresh and healthful meals and smoothies to the community of Lake Jackson. Brother-in-laws and franchise co-owners, Bennie Ashley and Josh Lorenzo, have partnered to bring the rapidly expanding fast-casual café concept to 95 Oyster Creek Drive, Lake Jackson, TX 77566.
This venture is the first of three planned Tropical Smoothie Café locations. The dynamic duo has already purchased three franchise licenses, with plans for the second store in Galveston and the third location still being finalized.
Ashley and Lorenzo’s journey into the Tropical Smoothie Café franchise was inspired by a close friend who now owns several franchised locations. This friend has become their mentor in navigating the franchising process.
“Everything we’ve seen so far has made the corporation great to work with,” Ashley commented, highlighting the support the duo has received from Tropical Smoothie Café.
The Tropical Smoothie Café franchise, known for its innovative menu of healthy food options and creative smoothies, has gained immense popularity across the nation. While the immediate focus is on successfully launching their first café, Ashley and Lorenzo have set ambitious long-term goals. They plan to own and operate ten Tropical Smoothie Café locations within the next 6-7 years, expanding their reach throughout Texas.
The first location is set to open sometime in Winter 2023.
