Health-conscious residents in Mont Belvieu will soon be treated to Tropical Smoothie Cafe‘s latest establishment. Co-franchisees William Long and Brent Partin are orchestrating the endeavor, infusing their passion for wellness and community into every aspect of the project. Situated at 9737 Eagle Dr #100, this upcoming locale is poised to become a vibrant hotspot, offering a tantalizing array of wholesome delights and refreshing beverages.

With an estimated cost of $150,000, the transformation of the 1,520 square foot shell building into a bustling hub of freshness and flavor is well underway. The meticulous tenant buildout encompasses every detail, ensuring that the space reflects the Tropical Smoothie Cafe commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. From ergonomic seating arrangements to eco-friendly design elements, Long and Partin are crafting an environment that fosters both physical and mental well-being.

Beyond the delectable offerings on the menu, the new Tropical Smoothie Cafe promises to be a community-centric space where individuals can forge connections and nurture friendships. Whether it’s a post-workout refuel or a leisurely weekend brunch, patrons can expect a warm welcome and impeccable service.

Long was unable to confirm the opening time frame at this time, but the permit shows a project completion date in October 2024 after construction commences in June 2024. Mont Belvieu residents seem not to have a long wait for the opportunity to savor signature smoothies, indulge in nutrient-packed bowls, and discover new favorites from the diverse menu offerings.
