Early 2023 is the tentative opening date for a new pizzeria in Magnolia. Sauced Up owner Dawn Patterson has been serving wood-fired pies from a food truck at 36825 FM 1774, and now, a storefront is under construction on the property.

Patterson told What Now Houston the buildout for Sauced Up is currently underway, and she hopes to open in about 10 weeks. Patterson said the new space will offer a full bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and games.

The menu features a variety of wood-fired pizzas including the PSB with pepperoni, sausage, and bacon, and the Hawrya with Canadian bacon and pineapple. You can also build your own pizza by selecting from a variety of sauces, meats, and vegetables.

Patterson said future plans include turning the back acre into a beer garden. Until then, Sauced Up will continue to offer some tasty Neapolitan-style pizzas to guests!
