XO Juice and Studio is on a mission to help Houston get healthy. The juice bar and pilates studio is set to open at 3201 N. Shepherd Dr. by the first week of December. A permit for the location was listed on the city portal, which is what’s keeping the opening delayed.

What Now Houston spoke with XO Juice and Studio’s Yousef Elbarry, who was also listed on the permit, about the new opening, who shared that it’s a revitalization of another Houston brand, but didn’t share much more about the history of that brand.

Elbarry did share that there is a major push to open XO Juice and Studio sooner rather than later, but it’s up to the city as to what the final opening date will be.

“We’re very enthusiastic about juice, top-class juice. We have a variety of options that will be fresh and bottled,” Elbarry said.

On the website, two brands, XO Juice and XO Studio, appear to be separate but will serve the same community out of the same location.

Elbarry shared that the variety of fresh juices will be made onsite. In addition, guests can enjoy açaí bowls, smoothies, coffee, and tea. The detailed menu is shared on the XO Juice and Studio website.

“We’re offering a relaxing, healthy addition to the community. We’re offering people a place to come and get healthy and reform, and grow,” Elbarry said.

“I think our place will be a significantly well-known place at some point.”

While there will be healthy food and drink options in the front, there will be a healthy living option in the back. A variety of pilates classes are planned to be offered at the new spot.

Check it all out for yourself when XO Juice and Studio opens at 3201 N. Shepherd Dr. in December.
