Fansler Construction’s Jacksonville Project
North Jacksonville is set to start constructing a new multifamily resident community at N. Main Street, near River City Marketplace. The project named The Royal Palms Apartments is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in 2027.
Jason Fansler, President and CEO of Fansler Construction, officially announced the project and its partnership with Ceiba Groupe. He also confirmed that Fansler Construction is partnering with Fort Lauderdale-based Ceiba Groupe on the project.
Jason said, “North Jacksonville is growing rapidly, and we are thrilled to partner with Ceiba Groupe to bring another quality community to the area to help meet the housing demand.”
Ceiba Groupe, a South Florida developer, has spent the last three decades building luxury multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties in Florida and Canada.
Fansler Construction also announced the Royal Palms groundbreaking on social media. The Facebook post read, “Another new project in the works! Our team recently broke ground on Royal Palms Main Street in North Jacksonville. We are thrilled to be working with South Florida development company Ceiba Groupe on their first venture in Jacksonville.”
