According to recent public records, a new bagel-centered establishment is headed to St. Augustine. Bagel Base, run by Lazlo Kofler, will be found at 520 Twincourt Trail within suite 1.
While there is an official website for the upcoming establishment, the information appears to correspond to a Rochester, NY bagel establishment named Balsam Bagels.
When the establishment finally opens, eager reads can expect a classic menu of bagels, bagel sandwiches, soups, kniches, and other assorted pastries.
No opening date has been announced.
