Growing chain Bowdie’s Chophouse, known for its elevated dining and craft cocktails, is targeting Jacksonville after it opens its upcoming location in Savannah in Q4 2025.

Business Debut reports that the restaurant will be part of a new development at 301 Passage Way B105 in Savannah, GA that will have just under 100 seats, overlooked by a mezzanine for private dining. Citing Bowdie’s COO Joshua Nottingham, BD reports that Jacksonville is indeed next for the brand, though no addresses or timelines were reported.

“Bowdie’s Chophouse is the type of high-class quality you’d expect to find in Lower Manhattan. When you walk in, you’ll first notice the rustic elegance in the woodgrain and leather appointments. The more rustic elements are perfectly contrasted, and therefore complimented, by the elegant tableware and black linens. This is your first signal that you’re in for incredible quality food,” the official website states.

What Now Jax reached out to Mr. Nottingham for further comment, but he was not immediately available.
