Bronx House Pizza, an obsessively authentic, multi-time award-winning New York-style Pizzeria, is opening four locations throughout the Jacksonville area.
Co-owner Michael Bennici tells What Now Jacksonville that the company will start with a new location in St. Augustine Beach, opening on November 1. After that, Bronx House Pizza will round out the year by opening a new location around the new year in Ponte Vedra Beach at 641 Crosswater Parkway, Site E-F. Early next year, the company plans to open a new location in the St. Augustine Historic District and St. Johns at 2849 W County Road 210, Suite 108.
Bennici tells What Now that the two locations opening next year will open by the beginning of February 2024. The latter will replace Papa Murphy’s in the Johns Creek Center Shopping Mall. These locations will nearly double the number of sites for this Florida-based pizzeria, which already has sites in Ormond, Port Orange, Airport, Hammock, and Lake Mary. He and Bruno DiFabio founded the company in 2019 to bring authentic New York-style pizza to Florida. On top of delicious pizza, the restaurant also offers various heroes, salads, pasta, and more.
“The menu is diverse yet family-friendly, serving all of your Italian / American favorites headlined with unique appetizers, salads, and vegan and gluten-free choices,” according to the company’s website. “Craving the perfect New York Slice?! We have Florida’s largest variety of hand-stretched, gourmet pizza, made lovingly all day long in our exhibition kitchen. Our delivery drivers are professionals, properly trained, supervised, and friendly, unlike those third-party delivery services. Quality counts more than ever, and we believe in sustainability and only align ourselves with distributors that have the same philosophy.”
