Coastal Wine Market & Tasting Room is getting ready to make some changes, including rebranding itself to Coastal Wine & Tapas while eventually moving to a new location.
The company will not only rebrand with a new name but also plan to move to a new location, which includes a waterfront patio, private dining room, and updated kitchen within 2,500 square feet of interior space and an 800 square feet patio, according to a news release. Coastal Wine & Tapas will soon land in Nocatee Town Center, adjacent to The Chophouse at Nocatee. While the company will remain open at 641 Crosswater Parkway, Suite B, for the time being, the business plans to relocate by Summer 2025.
“This is the holy grail for us as small business owners,” Co-owner Steve Lourie said in the release. “We get to continue growing in our hometown of Nocatee and create a footprint that our guests will enjoy for years to come.”
This is a massive achievement for co-owners Steve and Shaun Lourie, who opened the business in 2016. Now, they plan to update the name and location to offer more to customers. When the new site opens next summer, customers can expect house-made and chef-curated tapas, wine offerings, craft beer selections, table service, and weekly drink and food specials. The menu will feature Angus sliders, coconut shrimp, flatbreads, goat cheese, fig jam, and charcuterie boards.
“We’re elevating everything — from the ambiance to the seating and even our name,” Shaun Lourie said. “We are excited to bring this vision to life and can’t wait for the community to see what we’ve been working on.”
